iCollege is a comprehensive web based college management system, which caters to the information management software needs of colleges who have additional requirements if compared to schools like Multi-Year Plans, Alumni Information Management, Placement Management System, Admission Automation etc. iCollege maintains all the information of an institute in a centralized database and allows each stakeholder (principal, teachers, students, parents, front-office, etc) to view relevant information from anywhere at anytime. iCollege contains two sets of modules:

  • Academic Module: iCollege maintains academic information of students and staff – Personal Details, Medical History, Class Timetable, Attendance, Assignments, Grades Assessments, Multi-year Plans, Student Portfolio, Report Cards and Customizable Reports (comparative analysis, students with excessive absences or misconducts, inventory reports, etc). iCollege has an inbuilt Web based Learning Management System (LMS) which allows teachers to create and organize eLearning courses for the students. The course contents can be dynamically added and organized within the structure of the course.

  • Administrative Module iCollege contains a set of modules required by administrative department of an institute – Admission Automation, Library Management, Fee Management, Placement Management, Staff Payroll, Inventory Management, Alumni Management and Timetable Generation.
